I started training with Jake and the IEP team in 2023 and initially knew their approach to movement, training and performance was on a whole different level. No one in the LE or Mil training world was addressing this critical need in the way they do. The way they address not only performance but combine it with individual hard skills is something that anyone can benefit from. At the age of 60, having injured my back by simply lifting semi-heavy objects on at least three occasions and suffering through muscle spasms, I realized I needed to strengthen my back.
